(1) General Business Travel
Documentation required
- Request letter from sponsoring Company/ Firm/ Institute giving name, designation and passport details of the traveler and full details of the visit (Formatted Application)
- Copies of passport, visa and ticket
- USD 25,000 per trip
Documentation required
- Request letter from the applicant giving details of the conference/ training
- Copy of the invitation received from abroad to attend the conference/ training indicating the fee payable
- Copies of passport, visa and ticket
- USD 25,000 per trip
Study Abroad
Foreign Exchange while Studying Abroad Towards University Fees, Cost of books and Study Materials etc.
Documentation required
- Request letter from the student with self declaration incorporating the basic details such as name of the Foreign University, nature and duration of the course, estimate of expenses and other applicable details
- Copy of passport, visa and ticket
- USD 100,000 or amount shown in the estimate received from the University which ever is higher, per academic year
Film Shooting
Documentation required
- Request letter giving full details of the transaction, estimate of expenses, exchange required etc
- Bills / Invoices received from abroad for specific expenses, if any
- As per estimate and requirement given in the request letter and bills/ invoices received from abroad.
Medical Treatment
Foreign Exchange for expenses towards Medical treatment abroad
Documentation required
- Letter of request with self declaration from the applicant stating that he is buying exchange for medical treatment outside India
- Copy of passport, visa and ticket.
